Redeemer Community BookStop

The BookStop is a ministry of Redeemer Community Church. It exists to serve the Redeemer community and the East End community by providing great resources, opening doors for community connections, and promoting the growing arts and business initiatives on Penn Ave. Here is how we are doing these thing through the BookStop . . .

  • There are great resources at the BookStop. Primarily, we have Christian books full of rich theology and practical instruction. There are resources that cover a range of topics intended for a range of audience.

- Children's books

- Women's and Men's resources

- Daily Devotionals

- Practical Living

- Biblical and Systematic Theology

- Biographies

- Church History

- Classic Christian Authors

- Bibles

You really just need to come and look through the stuff yourself! And the prices are very low. We want to get these resources into your hands, into your minds, and into your hearts.

  • We always want our doors open to the community. The BookStop allows us to serve both the community that calls Redeemer Community Church their home, and the East End community that live in and love being a part of. The BookStop is open during the week and offers a place to find great resources, but also to relax, visit, read, browse the free WiFi, and connect with others in the community.

  • We want to be part of the Penn Ave renewal. The BookStop gives us another way to support local arts and businesses in our area. Not only do we carry books, we also carry consigned goods from local craftsmen and craftswomen. This are always some unique and locally made goods to be found at the BookStop. It is also our goal to connect and support the local businesses. Our space is available  for  meetings and gatherings for those in the areas. It is a great atmosphere for our local community.

So, come by and visit! Check out our inventory, sit and read, or just relax and enjoy some good conversation.
